Providing solutions of every kind, start to end Bajo Ltd offers massive and series production for all type of garments. Flexible and agile in terms of capacity, Bajo Ltd have created its own system to collaborate with other local manufactures to increase the production, never losing sight of quality.

MANUFACTURE SERVICE
Typical orders contain polyester and cotton as well as specialty materials with weight between 180gr-380gr. The cutting room is supplied with long cutting tables and an electric blade. Production premises are equipped with modern machinery and spacious working surface. Our sewing community well-being is very important to us. Among the massive production we choose to have our Brand and give quality a name, Bajo.

LAUNDRY
We divide our laundry processes in 3 groups.
The first group includes specific treatments according to customer’s request with a limited number of production. In the second group you can find every kind of dyeing such as direct dyeing, reactive dyeing, cold dyeing etc. In the third group you can find enzyme washing, stone washing and whitening.

SAMPLE MAKING
Bajo Ltd offers sample making service as a
prerequisite to an initial production order. Be aware that the production order quantity has to be a minimum of 200 pieces.

MATERIAL RESOURCING
Using the client’s design Bajo Ltd supplies raw materials, accessories and packaging materials to fulfill orders according to specifications and timeline. Thanks to more than 20 years of experience and an extensive network, we have the right sources in providing our partners sustainable raw materials form vendors.

PACKAGING
Packaging is another service that our company can offer. Folding, tagging, wrapping, labeling are all possible.

SHIPMENT
Shipping is another service that our company can offer. The products can be shipped directly to your customer through our multiple distribution channels and carriers.
