Located in a small city named Shijak, with a lot of unemployment Bajo LTD is committed to help the community and especially help women find a profession in manufacturing industry. We provide support for them and try to make a change in their professional lives for a better future for themselves and their families.

By offering a professional 3-6 months paid experience and mentorship in manufacturing industry and after successfully completed the course, we give them the opportunity to work for us.

Women are a great asset for the manufacturing industry and 55% of the working labor force in our city. By becoming economically more independent and improving their economic status we help our community and company to prosper even more.

A normal day at our company starts with a short recap about the concerning issues and bottle necks at the production site. Than each employ starts to accomplish a certain process at the sewing machines. Rotation is a very important task during the 3-6 months of the course to sharpen the skills in different sewing processes.  

The CEO of Bajo Ltd Mrs. Lindita Bajo says “It’s a tale as old as time sheets: Woman gets a job she loves, rises in the ranks, starts a family, and then spends the next few decades figuring out how to stay focused and flourish in both spheres. However the reality is far different. Women in our community are mostly unemployed and struggling to raise their children. However among the difficulties that a business runs, we thrive to give our best, by aiming to employ even more women. We think that empowerment starts by helping the communities around us.”

The plans for our future are attracting foreign investors and increase employment by 500 employees. Also we are planning to become a distributor in Albania.
